Cake Topper Assembly, is it hard?
We like to keep it simple! We recommend masking tape or quality sticky tape to secure the stick to your topper. In some cases, we will supply vinyl tape as a free extra, if we have excess available.
Most of our Cake Toppers are a single sheet print, and some will come with an offset that covers the stick.
Some bundles, like the 1x Topper + 12 Cupcake Toppers – Don’t need an offset for stability.
We don’t do toppers with several different layers you need to stick together.

Postage…When will it arrive?
We post non-custom orders the same day – providing they come in before 2 pm.
Why 2 pm? Our Local PO has a 3.30pm cut-off time for regular and express post parcels.
Queensland & New South Wales:
We recommend allowing 5 Business Days for Metro areas.
All other states:
Please allow up to 14 Days for all other states. This is due to the continual disruption to the postage network, things that are not in our control.
I live in the Redlands, Can I pick up my order?
Yes, of course! We will text you the pick up location once your order is ready. In most cases, orders before 2pm can be picked up same day if needed.
Have you got pictures of your actual toppers?
Yes! Some of our listings will have pictures of the toppers in party environments. The best place to get a good look at our toppers is The Vinyl Order Instagram Highlight.
I need a custom topper, how do I organize this?
Custom toppers have to come through our messaging service. We don’t have unlimited availability for these – We take a certain amount of orders and then close them off for the week. You’ll get a swift answer as to whether we can organize your order, and customization is $5 Extra – payable before the process begins.
