Refund & Return Policy
- Returns: We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: For lost items, we refund these once the delivery estimate has passed. Please allow 1- 3 business days for processing.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom items, balloons, and opened party supplies cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
