Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using The Vinyl Order.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by The Vinyl Order is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for The Vinyl Order to fulfill services to potential customers. In cases where The Vinyl Order specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without it affecting services available.
Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by The Vinyl Order (or third party applications) serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes in our Cookies Policy.
Your data is kept private, with security measures in place to ensure your details are not accessed by unauthorized parties. Your data is only kept for as long as it is needed or when the retention period of 6 months without service expires.
